Arcata, CA - Clayco, Inc is on the shortlist of bidders for an upcoming Cal Poly Humboldt Health, Dining and Housing Building, Project #PLY106. We want to bring attention to Clayco’s practices including: a worker killed on a Clayco jobsite in Fresno, CA, federal court lawsuits over shorting workers more than one million dollars in wages and penalties, using unlicensed contractors on jobsites, and employing an out-of-state minor on a job site. We believe that these incidents deserve your attention and should disqualify Clayco from working on this project.
